Made for Professionals. The two conference areas at Hanover Fairgrounds convince with unique ambience, extraordinary architecture and state-of-the-art event technology. The highly flexible space of the Convention Center and the conference area of Hall 19/20 set technical and architectural standards in terms of event location. Whether congress, conference, get-together, workshop or roadshow for up to 1,300 guests, our Spaces could be ideal stages for your events of all kinds. Here you can easily plan and stage in so many different ways – individually and tailor-made.

Convention Center

For events of up to 1,300 people, the Convention Center offers a spacious and light-flooded foyer in addition to 30 meeting rooms in various shapes and sizes. The high amount of rooms, provide a flexible number of possible events of any kind and size. With our individual and tailor-made possibilities, we have the room for your event!

A Skywalk, is attached to the Convention Center and leads into Hall 7. In this combination, the location provides the best conditions for the implementation of conference fairs.

Meeting areas Hall 19/20

The conference area in Hall 19/20 is one of our highlights in the north of the exhibition center. Optionally, up to 10 rooms between 32 sqm and 763 sqm are available for booking. The centerpiece is the conference room New York, which seats over 800 people. Small accompanying exhibitions and snacks for your participants can be arranged in the foyer or the restaurant, Five Continents.

The conference area is implemented in to Hall 19/20 and therefore offers the best prerequisites for event formats that link an exhibition and conference program together.
